8th graders will take the Science and Social Studies TAKS on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.
English
All English students recieved a grade report on Friday, 4.25. Please have these signed and returned for bonus points!
We will contiune reading The House on Mango Steet in class, focusing on rhetorical devices and literary elements.
Math
Algebra students will be solving Quadratic Equations by using Quadratic Formula.
Math students will be solving Inequalities.

Science
I have prepared packets for each of the 5 TAKS Objectives we are responsible for in science. The children have been working with them for the past month. They are to study these packets to help review. Please encourage your child to review all 5 of the packets and look at the study guide on the TEA website. GOOD LUCK 8th Graders, I am proud of you.
